Professional reviews
"A powerful debut about an obese man, and his struggle to lose weight while coming to terms with the death of his son, written by award-winning short-story writer Ethel Rohan. “Ethel Rohan shows herself to be one of those rare, courageous writers who dare to take on the 'ordinary' and show just how extraordinary it really is. A brave and moving book.” JOHN BANVILLE “Poignant and inspiring.” EOWYN IVEY, author of The Snow Child"
