We are pleased to advise that large print supply has been re-instated and production of physical CDs is commencing in the UK. As we head towards the end of financial year period which in any year is traditionally very busy, we wish to advise that the supply of CD and MP3 audiobooks and Playaway content will be affected due to the backlog, required infection control measures and current shipping restrictions.
We will supply as much stock as possible prior to customer deadlines, and we will invoice all other items that are in transit to our warehouse by 30 June 2020. All items in transit will be supplied (shelf ready where required) prior to or shortly thereafter in the new financial year. Please contact our Operations Manager Alison Watson at [email protected] or your Territory Sales Manager if you require further detail and please advise us urgently if this arrangement is not suitable for your library and we can discuss an alternative.
Our operations staff are in attendance in our Chatswood office and warehouse following strict social distancing, and infection control measures are in place for goods receipt and handling. All staff (who are temperature checked each morning) are required to wear masks and gloves where possible, and follow demonstrated hygiene guidelines and use hand sanitiser on a regular basis.
All office staff are continuing to support customers virtually from home. RBdigital has seen phenomenal success with our simultaneous use models, and social media and marketing materials to support your borrowers are available via our website and marketing emails.

We are committed to supplying all customer orders as quickly as possible and thank you for your understanding in these unprecedented times. Please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or phone (02 9417 5088) or speak to your Territory Sales Manager if we can assist further on any other matters.
